African American Studies Research Papers

African American studies is generally a subset of Black or Africana studies in most universities. It is an interdisciplinary academic field devoted to the study of the culture, history and politics of African Americans. The field not only involves the African population of America, but also areas such as the British Isles and the Caribbean. This field include African American literature, history, politics, religion, and sociology.
